More congratulations are in order for the TTI Success Insights research team!

They are constantly working on new research, publications, and resources to support the tools our network uses every day—and two members of the team were recently recognized for their work. Dr. Ron and Dr. Eric have been awarded the ASEM Merritt Williamson Award for the Best International Annual Conference Paper in 2024 on their paper “Generational Succession and the Technical Leadership Gap: An Empirical Investigation.”

This award is given to those who demonstrate a high quality of work and relevance to current issues in engineering management. Congratulations to them both and the rest of the TTI Success Insights Research Team!
